Shipping Information

All shipping within the USA is free, for international shipping please contact me on Instagram or using the Contact page. We use FedEx for all shipments if possible, and DHL for international as some some countries aren't supported by FedEx.

Returns

- Pieces Of Time does not guarantee the ability of waterproofing/water resistance for any watch as most of our timepieces are 30+ years old.

- All watches cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. (Before any of our watches go on sale, they go through a watchmaker to check for any issues, if theres any problems they get fixed, get tested on timegraphers and winders for multiple days to make sure everything is mechanically sound and holds time as it should)

- Should there be a concern about the authenticity or quality of the watch, it can be brought to our attention by emailing us at [email protected] within 10 working days of the date of receipt of the Product.  (If you'd like, i could also get any available watch authenticated and provide authentication documentation from Finks Jewelers for an extra charge) Where it has been shown that a watch is inauthentic or of unsatisfactory quality, you may return the watch in exchange for a full refund for the amount of the watch, minus the shipping fee.

- All watches must be returned in the original condition it was delivered, including in original packaging and with complete paperwork.
