1980s Oris Pointer Date 7295 - Automatic Movement

We have an Oris Pointer Date 7295 that we're excited to bring into the shop for the first time. While it might initially appear similar to other Pointer Date models from the 1990s, the distinctive details are what make this piece truly special. The striking black dial paired with a 34mm case is exceptionally rare, as most 34mm Pointer Date watches from this era featured white dials. The seconds markers positioned between the hour indices and date display give it a subtle field watch character that sets it apart. The hour markers are filled with remarkably bright lume (so luminous you might need to shield it at bedtime). The watch runs on an automatic 17-jewel ETA-based movement that's been modified by Oris, holds time well. Happy to answer any questions or provide more pictures!
