1972 Omega Constellation 155.0015 - Incredibly rare, Japan region release - Automatic Movement
I can go on about this guy forever so I'm gonna try to cut it short(ish). It took me about a month of research to really find information on this piece, after reaching out to lots of Omega aficianados, a kind vintage watch seller in Japan reached back out to me. This Constellation was a Japan region release only for a short period of time in the early 1970s.
Lets jump in, first things first is this case shape. Very distinct hexagonal design that truly evokes the flavors of the 70s era. The case is 36MM in size- wears slightly bigger due to the shape. Thin bezels all around with the simple all white dial - thin bar indexes. All around in incredibly shape(still has the original blue tape on Constellation logo on the caseback). Powered by a freshly serviced Automatic 711 Caliber, that is once again incredibly thin.
Original integrated bar style bracelet that tapers perfectly down the case that is very comfortable.
